President Donald Trump is 'literally being erased' by social media
Sky News host Rowan Dean says the “lazy left-leaning” commentators in the US are trashing President Donald Trump rather than addressing his policies and comparing them with Joe Biden’s.
“What a nauseating load of drivel has poured out of the mouths and pens of all those so-called conservatives, centre-right politicians and 'balanced' media commentators as they fell over themselves to put the boot into President Donald Trump,” he said.
President-elect Joe Biden will be inaugurated on Wednesday (local time) bringing to an end a tumultuous and divisive post-election period.
Mr Dean said the president’s polling numbers are collapsing, but it is hardly surprising given his “demonisation by the press”.
“Trump is now literally being erased by social media and his achievements buried by the mainstream media.”
