Please watch: "HOW and WHERE to APPLY | MERCAN | Canada USA Jobs"

Many Foreign Students come to Study in Canada to obtain Immigration through Education.
Doing so will bring you several advantages including:

Get a work permit for your spouse
Your spouse or common-law partner may be eligible for an open work permit if you:
have a valid study permit and
are a full-time student at one of these types of schools:
a public post-secondary school, such as a college or university, or CEGEP in Quebec
a private college-level school in Quebec
a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law (for example, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree)

Minor children who are already in Canada may study without a study permit if they:

are in kindergarten, no matter what their parents’ status is in Canada
want to go to pre-school, primary or secondary school and have a parent who is allowed to work or study in Canada
are refugees or refugee claimants
have parents who are refugees or refugee claimants
came to Canada as a visitor for a course or program of studies of six months or less
will study in a course or program of six months or less
are in Canada by themselves

Minors already in Canada should apply for a study permit. In some provinces or territories, they may need one to receive social services.

Work off campus
You and your employer must make sure you can work off campus without a work permit before you start working. If you start working off campus but don’t meet the requirements, you may have to leave Canada.

You can only start working in Canada when your study program has started. You can’t work before you start your studies.

If you’re able to work during your studies, it’ll say so in the conditions on your study permit.

Eligibility requirements
You can work off campus without a work permit if you meet all of these requirements:
you’re a full-time student at a designated learning institution (DLI)
you’re enrolled in
a post-secondary academic, vocational or professional training program or
a secondary-level vocational training program (Quebec only)
your study program
is at least 6 months long and
leads to a degree, diploma or certificate
your study permit says, in the user remarks or conditions sections, that you can work off campus
find out what to do if there are no work conditions on your study permit
you’ve started studying
you have a Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Work on-campus
You can only start working in Canada when you start your study program. You can’t work before your studies begin.

You can work as an international student in Canada if your study permit lists a condition that says you’re allowed to work on- or off-campus.

-You can work on your school campus, without a work permit, if you:
-are a full-time post-secondary student at a:
public post-secondary school, such as a college or university, or CEGEP in Quebec
private college-level school in Quebec that operates under the same rules as public schools, and is at least 50% funded by government grants, or
Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law
have a valid study permit, and
have a Social Insurance Number (SIN).

Get an OPEN WORK PERMIT after you graduate
You may be eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP) if you graduated from a designated learning institution (DLI) and want to stay in Canada temporarily to work.

Graduation from a DLI doesn’t automatically make you eligible for a PGWP. Check the DLI list to find out which schools have eligible programs. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/designated-learning-institutions-list.html

You have 180 days after you get your final marks to apply for a PGWP.

Apply for Permanent Residence in Canada after your graduate
As a recent graduate in Canada, you may qualify for the Canadian Experience Class Program. You must meet all of the following requirements.

You plan to live outside the province of Quebec.
You have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) in an occupation at the NOC 0, A or B level in Canada in the three years before you apply,
You have gained your experience while working legally in Canada after you graduated,
You meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).

You may also qualify for other permanent residence programs (Provincial Nominee Program, Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program, and two other Express Entry-managed programs including Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program).
