Backyard Barbecue Basics: Pork Spare Ribs on the Kettle

How to cook pork spare ribs (St. Louis Cut) on the Weber Kettle Grill:

This video is another installment in my Backyard Barbecue Basics series. This video will show you how to set up a charcoal kettle grill and cook a rack of ribs low and slow. This process is not as complicated as it might seem sometimes. It just takes a small amount of practice to learn how to get in a specific temperature range for cooking whatever you want on one of these cookers. It's all about the amount of charcoal you use and the amount of air flow in and out of the grill. Once you have that mastered, you can cook about anything you want over charcoal!
