Indie-pop artist Perfume Genius crafts richly textured music — his songs soar with confidence. Perfume Genius performed for KCRW in 2017, in celebration of his highly-acclaimed album "No Shape." The album was produced by in-demand artist Blake Mills, who was also on hand as part of the backing band. The result was an energetic and emotionally-charged session.
