Abandoned- Huge old 1910 villa with piano plus a 2 story 40`s home now gone

Hey house lovers and explorers! This video I take you around a huge suburban lot which has a beautiful old rustic federation era villa on it.
The property was sold for over 2 million bucks recently and is destined for redevelopment.
Some cool old items of furniture left out for recycling and an old upright piano which I try brush up my chops on! :-) This property would have had every developer drooling over it for the land size!!!!!
The second home is an old 40`s home which had an upper level added at some point but still has all the retro styles in the original lower section.
