Everyday sexism and racism -known as micro-aggressions- take many different forms. A micro-aggression is an insensitive action that can negatively impact someone’s career. Intentional or unintentional, micro-aggressions signal disrespect and reflect inequality.

For 64% of women, micro-aggressions are a workplace reality. This Wednesday, Sept. 21st, at 12 Noon EST - 6 PM CEST, @MarianaFerrari - CEO at @DOOIT will be hosting a live interview with Jingjin Liu, CEO at ZaZaZu, the first education platform in Asia to help modern women navigate through their challenges in the workplace and an expert on micro-aggressions.
