The most challenging step after starting your SMMA is finding and attracting clients. Today, I will show you 5 steps to landing clients in 2021.

1. Qualify Business - Determine if someone is interested in your business and is a good customer fit. Look at their website, and what their business revenue is as well as their customer feedback. This will help determine if they're a good fit.

2. Reach out with Value Offer - Offer an audit, strategy session or anything that will give them value. Follow up to set up an in person info meeting.

3. Set Info Meeting - Get to know the client and more about their business. Learn what type of marketing they've used in the past and where their goals are.

4. Create Proposal - Make a marketing plan to show your process and how you will be helping the company. Come up with posting schedule, content, brand keywords, etc...Show them what you can do!

5. Present proposal & Close - Present your proposal along with pricing and everything you will be offering them. Be confident and stand your ground. Go over any questions and get that contract signed!
