Palestinian American's art exhibition in Indiana canceled after criticizing Gaza bombings
As with universities around the country, some arts institutions have been roiled by tensions in the ongoing war in the Middle East. One controversy has unfolded at the Art Museum of Indiana University where an internationally prominent Palestinian American artist was scheduled to have her first American retrospective this month.
