End of a perfect last game of the season for Pompey at Fratton Park. We played well, scored 6 goals to beat Cheltenham 6-1, the other results went for us - both Doncaster and Plymouth only drew - so we finished up champions of Division 2 and promoted to Div 1 after 4 long tedious seasons in Div 2. There was a mass pitch invasion at the end of the game. I went with my son Danny and my grandson Joe, three generations. Fantastic!
