Choa Chu Kang New Town in Singapore is serviced by Lot One Shoppers' Mall, a shopping center. CapitaMall Trust oversees its management. It was constructed in 1996. It is close to the Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange and the MRT/LRT station.

Lot One, created by City Developments Limited, became Choa Chu Kang's first significant shopping center when it was finished in August 1996.

It included a Shaw Theatres movie theater, an NTUC FairPrice supermarket, a Seiyu (now BHG) department store, the Choa Chu Kang Public Library, a Cathay bowling alley, a video game arcade, a Food Junction food court, and just over 100 specialty stores, just like a normal suburban mall at the time.
