Green laning in the Lake District, Storrs February 2020 U5786

Not far from Bowness on Windermere, this short green lane passes through a small wood between the A592 and B5360.
Avoid after prolonged periods of rain as the wood will become very slippy and there is a chance of getting stuck and causing damage to the lane.
This lane has also been known to be blocked by cars and plant machinery over the years at the west end, so it is recommended to drive from west to east as turning round at the west end is very limited and would upset local residents.
