This nice old song was first recorded in February 1931 by Ozzie Nelson and his orchestra. A popular standard, it has seen more than 60 other versions recorded, one of the best known version is the one by Mama Cass Elliot with the Mamas & the Papas in 1968.

This version was slightly different in harmony change, when going from verse to chorus original version has modulation from F to Db (C to Ab in female version), but Mama Cass version is got modulation from F to D (actually C to A in female version).
