ABYSS OF DARKNESS 100% (TOP 5)

Abyss of Darkness is the final level I wanted to complete before 2.2, and I can finally say I’ve tied up all loose ends, and I can look forward to my future with this game.

I had this level on the back of my mind for over a year when I dropped it, so it’s really satisfying to have it in the past. Now that I’ve completed Firework as well, all the hardest levels from 2021 & 2022, when I started competing at the top, are under my belt, and I’m becoming satisfied with all that I’ve done. There’s less and less levels that I even have the desire to beat now. I’m not worried about that though, because Grief is all I’m gonna have to worry about pretty soon.

That’s not the only reason I’m glad to have this done. The levels just bad. It’s boring, annoying, unbalanced, inconsistent, and has a song that made me wanna throw my headphones out the window. Just a drag to play every day. There’s nothing good I can say about AOD, even if there are worse levels out there. The first 20% is known for being the hardest, and while that may be true, I could tolerate it after a while. It takes SO long to get consistent with it though, and yeah it’s torturous before you reach that point. The brown part at 32-43 is my enemy to this day. There was not a single day from July 2022 to October 2023 when I said “You know what, that part’s not bad today.” Whatever I don’t even wanna talk about it… The 70 wave I never really died at except that first time I got 75, which would shock me in 2022, but I got really consistent at it so I’m not really surprised. I expected to die more to the ending, but man am I glad I didn’t. I got pretty lucky with it ngl. 95, 91, and 86 we take that all day. The ending also gets surprisingly consistent, and it didn’t even take as long as the beginning to get there.

Sorry this video is out so late, it was meant for Doggie December but a thing happened on December 19th, 2023, as you know. It may have thrown off a few plans.
