Sega Saturn Doom fix patch v0.2 startup and performance improvement

This is recorded via an OSSC using an original PAL CD on a PAL Saturn switched at 60 Hz.
The original Japanese release is played with the original CD.
The fix patch is played with a burned CD that a Pseudo-Saturn Kai cartridge allows to boot (no cartridge RAM is necessary).
I pressed start when the Doom logo reaches the top of the screen and as soom as possible on the menu.
The "No signal" messages are from my recording device (Avermedia GC513) when the OSSC temporarily loses video synchronization when the console changes resolution.
The sound is from the fix patch version.
