Ingredients...
500 gram or 1/2 kg (boiled )potatoes cube
Fresh pomegranate 1 cup
Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp/ taste
Salt 1 tsp/ taste
Green chilli chopped 1 medium
Tomato 1 chopped remove the seeds
Onion chopped 1
Chat masala 1 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mint chutney 2 tbsp
Sweet chutney 4 tbsp you can use less/ more
( For mint chutney )
2 tbsp fresh mint
4 tbsp green coriander leaves +1 green chilli small and salt to taste
Put all in the grinder adding very little water add make fine paste
