I'm currently in the process of fixing all the issues with insulated facade that the previous 2 contractors failed to address. I'm smoothing out the unevenness of the walls - curves and humps - by reducing it using a styrofoam scraper which looks like cheese grater. The facade was supposed to be done by the end of last October but unfortunately that didn't pan out. Contractors done really poor job on keeping the walls straight plus added some unnecessary thickness to the walls due to adding some under-layer. So I've wasted lot's of time by selecting wrong contractors and now fixing all their mishaps by myself.

Now because of this delay the styrofoam blocks starts to deteriorate due to prolonged exposure to UV rays and randomly changing their shape. Shrinking or bending. Causing the gaps between the blocks spreading wider. All this is adding to more delays since I now have to spend more time and money to make things right. Filling all the gaps with expanding foam etc.

So far the weather is too cold for applying the stucco so I'm still just at the surface prep stage. Making sure all walls are plumb and straight.

I also just recently traded in my 2016 VW Passat and exchanged it for lot cheaper work mini van to raise some funds to be able to finish one of the condos to listable stage. Of course I got ripped of on the trade-in value. I will explain in my upcoming video. It's pretty intense.
