howdy ya'll! As someone who's struggled with motivation/procrastination/slumps my whole life, I've been fascinated by the concept of "motivation" and what truly gets us to take ACTION and not keep putting things off endlessly. Welp, I finally decided to dig into the science behind motivation, and what I found was incredibly surprising and counterintuitive. After applying this "secret motivation hack" to myself, I managed to completely turn my health habits around, stick to daily "hard" and "boring" things like exercising, and really find value in EVERY SINGLE DAY.
