Overview of the Siemens SIPART PS2

In this video, Jim Haldeman from Lesman, gives an overview of how to set up, configure and commission a Siemens SIPART PS2 positioner. The video is broken into two parts, the mechanical installation and the startup and commissioning of the PS2.

The Siemens SIPART PS2 is an electropneumatic valve positioner used with linear and rotary actuators. These positioners are typically used for final control elements in chemistry or oil and gas sectors, or for precise control of valves in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
