Beginner Bodyweight Workout For People On The Go (No Gym No Weights)

This is a beginner bodyweight workout for busy Gen X'ers who can't make it to the gym.

Do this workout one exercise after the other with as little rest as possible between exercises. Once you've done all the exercises that is 1 set. Take a 1-minute break between sets and repeat as many times as possible for 20 minutes.
