**A Note From Ashley** "This video is an accurate representation of most kitchens. Even though I set the butter out over night in the SS bowl, our studio was cold through the night. I should have been more patient and let the butter warm up but as with most of us, I was on a time crunch and only had ingredients for a single batch and one take on camera. When you are more patient and make sure the butter is completely soft, it will cream up beautifully in the SS bowl. I almost didn't publish this video because it wasn't 'perfect' but very rarely is life perfect. I hope this video with its lack of perfection encourages you today. :) "
