Segmental cat cow

The purpose of the segmental cat cow is to improve the movement and control of individual sections of the spine.

Begin in quadruped position with the back arched and head up. Begin at the tailbone and tuck one inch at a time under into flexion. Work up the spine and tuck the head under last. Start at the tail bone and tilt up to the ceiling again working one inch at a time until the back is again arched and the head is up.
