O5 Council Member Emma, is leading a meeting alongside Tommy and the infamous Dr. Alto Clef. They are discussing a possible agreement between the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition (the G.O.C.) with both Claire and General Fester. After some awkward tensions, the G.O.C. leave and Emma heads off to an important meeting with the other O5 Council Members. They are surprised the once dead, Roger Sheldon, has been reanimated as they have discovered ways to bring people back to life. Roger Sheldon shares with the O5 council, what happens after he died. After further questioning it is discovered what Roger Sheldon is talking about may be a potential SCP. This SCP is then documented as SCP-2718, a DAMMERUNG class cognitohazard in which all personnel, regardless of clearance, are forbidden to expose themselves to the Description of the article. Emma is the one to discover this SCP and because of it's cognitohazard and infohazard activities, it is descided by O5 Council Memeber 01 that they are all to recieve amnestics and not know what happens after a person meets their end.
