[FREE] Customizable /fly Plugin (1.19+)

Permissions:
- fly.fly (Be able to fly)
- fly.flyplayer (Make other players fly/stop fly)
- fly.flyreload (Reload the plugin configs)

I forgot to show that when you try to do /fly Player and the Player doesn't exist/is offline, it returns a error message.

I'm still new at making plugins (Despite being a programming student), so any help or recommendations are welcome :D!
