FDC dismisses president Museveni’s war on corruption

The FDC party is continuing to strengthen its position in eastern Uganda, as was seen at a rally in Mbale City yesterday, where its president Patrick Amuriat dismissed President Museveni's forays into the war on corruption as an effort to hoodwink the public. In a rally at Mbale city cricket grounds, Amuriat insisted that the president was selectively targeting some suspects while leaving others untouched. The rally, initially called to enhance their registration process, started in Soroti and attracted so many supporters who held a procession from Nakaloke, walking over 10km to the cricket grounds. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
