Language - Not speaking Spanish isn’t a problem. I have had lots of guests come down who didn’t speak any spanish at all and they had a great time and didn’t have any problems with the language barrier.
Good Roads - The roads are very maintained and once you get out of Medellin there is very little traffic and the driving is super easy.
