Crucially, follow with a sentence explaining *how* this solution directly tackles the problem.

Finish with its expected positive outcome, ensuring deep development and coherence.

Problem: Traffic congestion. Solution: Implement robust public transport. This directly reduces private vehicle reliance, easing road density, leading to faster commutes and lower carbon emissions.

Band 6 lists problems & solutions. Band 8 critically *links* them, showing *how* solutions mitigate specific problems effectively.
