Lake District mountain descent ! Multiple crashes and saves #mtb

❄️ What started as another failed attempt at the Inset turned into an unforgettable day of snowy mountain biking adventure! 🚵‍♂️

The plan was to conquer Longlands Fell, but after abandoning the Inset, I followed the road through to Aughertree Fell. From there, the real adventure began with a tough snowy ascent to Longlands' summit, leading to a hair-raising mountain descent through thick snow and ice. Multiple near crashes made it one of the most fun rides I’ve ever done!

🌄 The day didn’t end there. After the epic descent, I completed a scenic loop through Uldale and back to Aughertree, soaking in the beauty of the landscape. To cap it all off, I visited the Midtown Milkhouse in Caldbeck for fresh farm milk featuring a secret ingredient—a refreshing and inspired end to an incredible ride.
