Mark Wiens' Pad Krapow is really HOT like its name Phed Mark 🔥🔥

Let's eat!! We will take you to eat one of the most famous street food in Thai cuisine. That is Pad Krapow or stir-fried spicy Thai basil with beef. We select Phed Mark, a popular restaurant in Bangkok by Mark Wiens. There are many types of dishes available: vegetarian, pork, sour pork, beef, wagyu beef, and wagyu shank. We go for the wagyu beef, which is so tender and filled with the aroma of basil and spiciness of the fresh peppercorn, black pepper as well as red and green chilli. The duck egg, cooked to perfection with runny yolk and crispy whites, softens down the hotness in each bite. Overall the dish is so hot and spicy! Guess if we finish the whole bowl!

In Bangkok, at the time of filming, restaurants are not open for dine-in, so we need to order pick-up or takeaway, if not delivery. Although we need extra efforts for cleanliness, overall we enjoy the food as the Phed Mark Wagyu Beef Pad Krapow is indeed tasty!
