Our Vaccination Certificate is getting checked 4 times per day now - New Rules what you need to know

It seems like, almost overnight, that the vaccination certificate has become our most prized and useful possesion here in Europe. For the first 3 weeks of our trip, it was literally never checked, but now we're being asked to show it at every restaurant, cafe, bar, hotel, tourist site... you name it. This rule has been in effect for ~2 months, but it seems like it's being enforced more often now. We made this video to help explain what the process has been like for us, what we needed to bring and when, and what to expect while you're in Europe from a COVID testing and Vaccine Passport perspective.

We also figured out how to get the EU Digital COVID Green Pass / Vaccine Passport while in Germany, which has, in our experience, not been required for our trip here. (Our paper vaccination certificates have been just fine.) But the pass has made our lives easier as we go around Europe.

We know that is a touchy subject for many - I just want to be clear that we're only here to tell you our experience, and we definitely don't know how this system is being enforced in every country. The rules are changing very rapidly, and it's important that you do your own research about the countries you are heading to, and their specific rules. No opinions here, just sharing our experience :)
