Everton are preparing for a major squad overhaul under David Moyes, with financial backing from the Friedkin Group. The Toffees are prioritizing attacking reinforcements and have set their sights on West Brom’s Tom Fellows, a winger with 10 assists in the Championship, and Sunderland’s 16-year-old prodigy Chris Rigg. However, Sunderland’s £40M asking price could complicate negotiations, as Moyes reportedly values him at £10M.

Meanwhile, Everton are also targeting Liverpool’s Ben Doak, a highly-rated 19-year-old winger currently impressing at Middlesbrough. With Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom set to leave, Moyes sees Doak as a key attacking addition, but Liverpool’s £25M valuation may be a challenge.
