Coach Natalie will talk about the question, “What if your ex does not respond after no contact?” on today’s episode of Love Advice TV, the YouTube channel for With My Ex Again.

The No Contact Method is one of the most important techniques to get your ex back. No contact basically means, “take some time away from the relationship.” If you were in the middle of a really bad breakup, no contact is the best approach to take. It means you give you and your partner or ex some space to think. It means you think about what needs to change in your relationship and you begin to make those changes. No contact gives you the time and space to show your ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend that you can make them happy. More importantly, it shows you that you can make yourself happy. You position yourself in the best way to rebuild your relationship with your ex.

So, what if your ex does not respond after no contact? First, your partner may not be expecting to hear from you, or they may be surprised to hear from you. Giving them time to ingest your message is important. We recommend that you wait two weeks. You need to be patient and control any anxiety you feel from not getting an immediate response back.

If after a while you still do not get any feedback, you go back into no contact.
