EDIT JUL 2 2021: I disabled the comments, may I repeat again that this M.A.P is old, the plot didn't make any sense, it's only a part of fiction. for those who's confused why is Phil there instead of Martial Law, let me tell you then that he isn't really part of the country. I had headcanons of Martial just being part of Philippines instead of having a brother, it's an alter. until today, it is still my headcanon. if you guys are asking if it were WW3, no it isn't. it's a war between Russia, Philippines, and America. I had not read much history back then, since what I made this map was only got fun and no politics intended. Thank you for reading.
