Severn Stoke Village Fun Day 2013

Just a small taste of the Severn Stoke Village Fun Day held on Saturday 17 August 2013 on the local village green. The day was hosted by Peter Fryar, the land lord of the Rose & Crown Inn and was contributed to by various people who came along and set up stalls in extremely windy conditions. At least one Gazibo and one stall, were blown over during the afternoon. The rain managed to hold off until later in the day. A pig roast was provided along with a tea stall and ice cream. During the evening, entertainment was provided by the Irish band The Dublin Jacks.
