Getting your concept scaled on the wall correctly will streamline your whole process and make the painting easier. During painting, there’ll be no need to worry whether the proportions are correct or having to repaint areas, which takes you extra time.

If you are painting something realistic, or semi-realistic or painting portraits, it will be extra important to ensure you have your proportions 100% correct so you can relax and concentrate on the fun part - bringing the painting to life.
