The brilliant comedy written by the late Jim Hitchmough. Starring Emma Wray, Paul Bown, Lisa Tarbuck and Patsy Byrne. When shy birdwatcher Malcolm meets the rather loud, bright young Brenda. It ran from 1987 to 1993

Thought I'd test the water posting this following the death of Patsy announced today. She was part of this truly lovely underrated comedy from Granada Television, back in the days when ITV had a mass of creative individuals all competing to get their programmes networked.
