Drum Teacher Reacts to Pentatonix - 12 Days of Christmas

Hello! In today's video we continue the holiday spirit by reacting to and giving a very basic analysis of the ever wonderful Pentatonix's version of 12 days of Christmas! This will be video number 2 of 3 for the holiday season, all of which will (probably) feature the wonderful PTX cats in much of their glory! I should also probably note that this reaction will coming from the perspective of a percussion instructor who just recently started delving into the world of teaching melody and harmony in the winds perspective. That being said, I LOVE what these guys do so I hope to provide what little perspective that I have!

For those of you that don't know, this video will be covering not just a reaction to what I'm watching but I'll be talking about the things that I really enjoy about what the featured artist is doing. This can range from how they have composed their music from player to player if it's a band, or the drummer himself; and what I think they're doing really well technically as well as musically! I'll also do my best to convey and educate on the things that pop out to me so that we can all appreciate the artist and what they are doing! Of course, there's only so much that can be covered in a short YouTube video so there are bound to be things that I've missed so bear with me! And now, time for the mandatory disclaimer!
