Wild Earth ~ The Limpy Lion and the Birmingham Pride

This is great to see. We have 8 members of the Birmingham Pride including the Male with the Limp and the 2 White Lion cousins. The guide Fred recounts the story of the Lion with the Limp. He is a survivor! When a new Male coalition takes over they will kill the cubs. This one somehow survived and is still with the Pride. That leg injury is due to a fight with one of the dominant Males. This Limpy Lion is over 4 years old and should be on his own. However he remains and is still tolerated in the Pride. The leg is better but his ability to hunt is hampered. He needs the Pride.
