If you're a real estate agent you know how competitive it is for buyers submitting offers. Buyers are typically up against multiple offers, escalation clauses and appraisal gap guarentees. I am not saying that sending a video to a listing agent with the details of your client's offer trumps a better offer, but if all things are equal it shows that you're professional, organized and willing to go the extra mile for your clients.

Right after creating this video, I got a call from a listing agent who wanted to refer her nephew to me because she was impressed with the video I sent her. 🤣 Can't say that I ever envisioned something like that happening!
