So Before We dive into this list I just want to mention that IRvine is a pretty nice place, and you can't really go wrong with moving anywhere here. In my opinion, there are no "BAD" Neighborhoods here, it's all up to preference and lifestyle, and budget of course. Also this List is in no particular order, this is just what i think are the best neighborhoods to move to in 2021, the most bang for your buck and i tried to select a diverse range of suburbs to fit each possible individual that might be thinking of moving here. So with that being said, let's Get started with #1....

So Coming in at #1 is university Park, With a population of 16k, It's in the middle range for population, however, due to smaller area size you can definitely expect university park to have a dense suburban feel to it. Meaning the houses are pretty close together in the main suburbs, And It's kind of like that everywhere in irvine, but i have to mention it. Commercially advertised as Irvine's first "village", the neighborhood was named University Park due to its proximity to the University of California, Irvine. You can see here on the map how close it is And, fun fact, University Park celebrated its 50th anniversary in July 2016. So University park boasts lots of restaurants, coffee shops and 3 large parks and it Directly borders the 405 freeway, so you'll have easy access to all the major job markets in the area. The MEdian home value of University park is $750k, while the median rent is $2,5k. 51% of people rent in this suburb compared to 49% owning thier homes.
