How I lost weight & snatched my waist /NO WORKOUT /NO GYM /NO WAIST TRAINER *before and after pics*
Hi amigas! I really think I have cracked the code with this combination of things! I had been wanting to make this video since starting to see the difference with the L=Glutamine powder but I am soooo happy I didn't because I saw more progress now with all three!
As promised, here are the links to the exact items, plus I added some more tips in how I personally use them since I didn't want to bore you with all my talking hehe
1) L--Glutamine Powder

This powder is "unflavored" but to me it has a little aluminum after taste as well as a slight residue feeling on my tongue. Nothing crazy! I just take another sip of my water and I am fine! I do also take this powder in way less than the recommend amount of water. I take it with about a shot glass worth of water just to get it over with faster! (btw the taste dissolves better in the recommended amount of water) I also used to take this powder first thing in the morning and would wait at least 30 minutes before eating so it was on an empty stomach. I am fasting now so it simmers for around 6ish hours. Anymore questions let me know!
2) Castor Oil

As I mentioned the castor oil has to be cold pressed and organic plus 100% pure. This is the ONLY castor oil I have tried so far and since I saw results I'm sure this is the only one I will continue to use. I also forgot to mention that it may stain you sheets or your clothes so just a heads up. I also do not make it a point to "wash it off" as it does absorb (kinda like lotion) I also read that it helps with wrinkles, stretch marks and even constipation so again it has it extra perks!
There is no link for the fasting but if you want to try it I'd recommend to set an alarm on your phone to remind you when to stop eating or 30 minutes before you have to stop eating so you can prepare! Do the same for the morning! So you can start cooking or order your food so you're ready on time. You can also download an app! I use Fastic. This app is free to download but you do have to pay for the "extras" which I don't use or track but it does track your weight, your water intake etc.
