The Sims 4 Midwestern Family Home with Basement Stop Motion | No CC

Hello!
A few people have asked me why I never build homes with basements and honestly I just see it at as another floor to decorate, usually with little function. This build I decided to build a realistic midwestern type home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a child centered backyard and a basement. Most gameplay is on the main floor, but the laundry is in the basement with a few other things.

This lot is a 30x20 and was built on Potter's Splay In Willow Creek. Please enable bb.moveobjects right before placing. It is always best to place builds while on the lot and not from the world view.
