As the Orion spacecraft continues its 10‑day journey around the Moon following its April 1 launch, the four‑person crew has already begun enjoying meals inside their compact 187‑square‑foot living space. Despite the tight quarters, NASA reports the astronauts have an impressive 189‑item menu to choose from. Crew members Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen have access to a wide range of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The food supply includes 58 tortillas, enough for countless space wraps, along with supplies for 43 cups of coffee. There are also nine other beverage choices, such as green tea, lemonade, and even mango‑peach smoothies. Meal options range from vegetable quiche and breakfast sausage to couscous with nuts, mango salad, macaroni and cheese, and spicy green beans.
