Shrimp Spring Roll
2 Spring Roll sheets
* 4 cups green cabbage shredded
* 1 cup carrots shredded
* 1 cup celery cut in cubes
* 1/2 cup green onion shopped
* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 3 tbsp fresh cilantro shopped
* 1 tbsp ground fresh ginger minced
* 1 tbsp soy sauce

Spices ✨
* 25 pieces of shrimps
* 3 tbsp corn oil
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 1/4 tsp cumin powder
* 1/4 tsp curry powder
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 Tsp salt
Directions

* After you clean & rinse the shrimp, you chop it into small pieces.
* Place shrimp in a bowl, add the spices & mix. Let it marinate for 30 mins in the fridge.
* Heat up a pan and add oil. Add minced ginger & garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
* Add all vegetables & stir. Cook for 5 mins.
* Add shrimp stir & let it cook for 5 mins, stirring frequently.
* After 5 mins, add celentro, soy sauce, & vinegar & stir cook for 1 min & turn off the heat. Dish out in a strainer & let it cool until all liquid has strained out from the mixture. Allowing the mixture to not be moist so it can easily roll into the spring roll sheets.
* Place 1 Tbsp of filling into the spring roll sheet & roll.
* In a pan, heat up oil. Once the oil is hot, add the spring rolls and fry until golden brown color.
