I am going to therapy

It been a hard few weeks for Anna but i am glad she is finally feeling better and able to somewhat talk about what happened and more importantly ask for help! I've been in therapy since i was seven years old, and as an adult, I always do at least 10 sessions per year just to keep on top of my dark passengers.

Its nice to see these days that there is no stigma attached to seeking help like there was years ago, so if you feel overwhelmed make sure to ask for help!
