Ami Brown (born August 28, 1963) is a TV personality and wife of the Alaskan Bush People star, late Billy Brown. She is also one of the main cast of the Discovery Channel hit series, Alaskan Bush People.

Although she was born in Texas & spent most of the childhood in the U.S., she moved to Alaska with her family. The Brown family purposely shifted to Alaska to live the life off-grid. Being a mother of seven, Ami is an expert on homeschooling and a household teacher for her children. Like their parents, all of the Brown descendants Noah Brown, Bear Brown, Rain Brown, Snowbird Brown, Matthew Brown, Joshua Brown & Gabriel Brown, are hit's in the show.

In 2017, Ami was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer & underwent four months of chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Due to Ami's health issue, the entire Brown family had moved to Washington. Recently, she met with the biggest tragedy of her life, the passing away of her husband, Billy Brown.
