RECOUNT SHOWING CLEAR RIGGING OF DISTRICT FOUR RESULTS

The national vote recount has established clearly how the tabulation of votes in District Four was rigged to make a declaration in favour of the Coalition APNU+AFC and deny the PPP victory. But the recount is not yet complete and there are very nervous days ahead. There are lingering questions about whether the process would be derailed, and if it is not and the recount is completed, would there be any manoeuvres to prevent a declaration of the figures from the recount.
