The Stowaway (Wilson) ABRSM Piano Grade 2 2017/2018
The Stowaway has taken the longest yet to reach recording quality. I've practised for over 10 hours to get to this point over the course of a couple of weeks.
Two versions included:
* 108bpm: this tempo is noted in the book as being acceptable for the exam. I try to get the pianissimo and staccato phrasing correct
* 132bpm: the composer's indicated tempo. This is just for fun and my goal is to play the notes without totally screwing it up and not obsess over style.
