CALCULATING FORM FIELDS - CREATE A CALCULATING INVOICE IN WORD // Whether you need to create an invoice or an offer worksheet, you can perform simple calculations automatically in Word using legacy tools plain text form fields in your document. No macros, just setting up the properties of the form fields appropriately to perform calculations. Watch this video to learn how to do this quickly and easily. Once you see how to do this, you can turn any Word invoice template into an automatically calculating document by inserting form fields and modifying their properties. Remember to work out your math equations up front and that will make it easier to set up your form fields and create your document.
