Finding the Next Mission | Ramiro ‘V-Speed’ Villalobos & The TACP Foundation

What happens when the uniform comes off… and the mission suddenly disappears?

In Episode ___ of *The Goode Show*, I sit down with Ramiro “V-Speed” Villalobos, who served more than 20 years in the United States Air Force. Like many in the Special Operations community, Ramiro discovered that transitioning out of the military isn’t just a job change — it’s an identity shift.

After completing The Honor Foundation transition program, he realized his next mission was clear: continue serving others.

Ramiro is now the Executive Director of the **TACP Foundation**, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting, honoring, and empowering the warriors and families of the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) community — past, present, and future. Led by TACP veterans and family members, the all-volunteer organization works to strengthen support networks for transitioning service members and to care for the families of the fallen.

In this conversation we talk about:
• The real challenges of military transition
• Loss of purpose after service
• Why community matters more than people think
• Supporting Special Operations families
• Finding a new mission beyond the uniform

This episode is important not only for veterans — but for spouses and families trying to understand what their service member may be going through after separation.
