One evening father brought a full basket of carrots. Banu and Bablu were very happy. Mother rabbit said, ‘don’t eat it raw, I will cook your favorite dishes. Tell me your choices’. Brother wanted sweet halwa, sister asked for carrot juice. Banu wanted carrot fry and Bablu asked for payasam. Father, as usual, chose a salad. Mama said ‘Okay, but I can’t make all these things today. We will make one dish a day. So we need two carrots for Halwa, three carrots for the juice, one for fry, two for payasam and one for salad.
